Privacy notice
Last updated 8 October 2026: email updates added.
What we collect
This website sets no cookies and shows no ads. Fonts and scripts are served from this domain.
We measure audience with PostHog (EU cloud, servers in the European Union) in cookieless mode: nothing is stored on your device, and visits are counted with a daily-rotating hash computed on PostHog's side, so we cannot recognise you from one day to the next. We see pages viewed, clicks, referrer, browser type and approximate country. Your browser's Do Not Track setting is respected.
When you submit an agent for validation, we receive what you type in the form: name, work email, company, role, agent platform, stage, target date and description. We do not store your IP address with the request.
When you subscribe to email updates from a blog post, we receive your email address, the post you subscribed from, the date and your consent. Nothing else.
Why
Agent requests are used only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to prepare and run the engagement; we do not add you to a mailing list. Email subscriptions are used only to send you new posts and lab releases, on the basis of your consent. We do not sell or share these details.
Where and how long
Requests and subscriptions are stored on a server located in the European Union. Requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange; subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Then they are deleted.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can ask to access, correct or delete your details at any time by replying to our email, or through the agent form with the word “privacy” in the description. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
